CONFRONTATION Dogs of War:
League One- Trial by Fire
Rosters Due &  League Begins:  Monday, April 10th
League Ends: Friday, May 19th
Welcome to League One for Games Plus using the Dogs of War supplement for the Confrontation game.

The plan for this first league is to just let it run under its own power and to have it last from Monday, April 10th until Friday, May 12th and then crown our winners.

Trial by Fire winners will get :
First Place - English Limited Edition Ogre Mercenary Miniature
Second Place -  English Special Edtion Ejhan de Vanth Miniature
Third Place - a free Rackham bottle of paint (your choice)

Also - the past winners will start with slight advantages over the rest of the field in the Second League.

Beyond the eventual goal of domination and victory, this 5 week run is to give everyone the chance to get a good feel for the basic Confrontation 3 system, their up-and-coming characters abilities and options, and the advancement structure of the Dogs of War Supplement.  Most importantly this will give us time to play the rules, and use the e-mail list and group to compile our likes, dislikes and discuss possible changes that we would like to see implemented in the Dogs of War system.

After the crowning of the Victors on the 12th, the week of May 15th-19th will see a list of compiled options available to give League Two’s participants the ability vote on these possible changes, which will be implemented house rules in League Two.

Basic League Rules:
1) Armies will follow the Dogs of War construction rules and advancement.

2) You may play up to 2 warbands if you so choose.

3) Only three (3) league games will count for any given army in any given week.
So if you have 2 warbands each one can play 3 games to raise it's abilities.

4) If you are not going to count a game toward your army’s league score, you must decide so and announce this to your opponent before you start play.  Play and scoring will still proceeding as normal for your opponent even if you choose not to count a given game.
